Not to mention our open concept offices and desks come with high-speed internet, printing services and more. There is no door on these, they are semi open, but still very safe.
Main Level - Private Offices (1 Remaining)
For those who need a private office (with a lockable door), we have a few options available, but they are limited and will go fast, so don't hesitate!
Lower Level - Team Offices (0 Remaining)
Ideal for a small team or boutique business this space offers privacy with your own dedicated building entrance, a possible waiting area, storage, and desks/seating for 1-5 people. It is also sound secure.
Upper Level Mezzanines - Dedicated Desks (7 Remaining East Side)
These second floor mezzanine spaces overlook the 1st floor and have incredible light and flow. On the East side there are 8 available dedicated desks. Note the building is secure with alarm systems and trusted tenants but there is no lockable door to the East Side space, except the closed office, which has its own door. The only access to the space is an internal dedicated flight of stairs that does offer separation and dedication from the rest of the building. The West mezzanine has its own door but has no private office.

Ideal for one or two individuals this space offers privacy in terms of a closing door and space, but has only half walls on the two balcony sides, and as such is listed as semi-open. It can also be seen in the video above.

24/7 BUILDING ACCESS
Everyone in the building is equipped with a front door key, alarm entry, and interior entry key pad code.
A shared fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridges, small oven, microwave, as well as dishes and cutlery. Let's not forget a high-end coffee machine!
Depending on your usage needs high-speed internet is available for an extra charge of $25 - $50 a month.
There is a private (glassed in) shared meeting area available to all tenants as they need it.
On-Site Copy and Binding Facility
For a small added fee a commercial scanner and photocopier are available, fee is dependant on expectant usage.

A unique opportunity
The reason we are able to offer our spaces at such low rates is because the building is being converted into boutique residential condo units. This is a process that takes time in terms of design, community discussions, and city approvals and as such the building will only be available to our office tenants until at minimum Summer 2019 and at maximum spring 2020. All tenants will be given a three month notification when timelines are confirmed.
Semi-Open Concept Offices are $450 a month plus HST
Private Offices are $550 a month plus HST
Lower Level Space (can accomodate 3-5 employees) is $750 a month plus HST
Each desk is available for $275 a month plus HST
Semi-Open office in east mezzanine is $450 a month plus HST REDUCED FROM $650
