Design and Technology Integrated for Maximum Privacy
One of the most important goals for The Brunswick Loft Team has been to create homes that have a real sense of solitude. As such they have integrated state-of-the-art soundproofing between all the residences, created a stacked layout to maximize each separate living space, and made sure to create private entrances for each home.

FLOORS BUILT TO ABSORB
Hardwood floors are essential in any luxury home, and they play an important part in the aesthetic of the Brunswick Lofts. However, a downside in any home is that significant sound can be created from them. Things like the footsteps of those wearing hard surface shoes, the scratch of furniture like dining room chairs when moved, and ambient room sounds from loud music or television. The homes in The Brunswick Lofts have several state-of-the-art underlayers of acoustic materials that will eliminate this issue. This is unusual with new builds and an example of how the team cares about the end user.

DIVIDING WALL INSULATION
There have been huge advances in high-end acoustic insulation over the past several years, and The Brunswick Lofts team has chosen the best of the best to eliminate any noise transfer between homes.

EXCEPTIONAL WINDOWS
Not only are the new age of windows great for energy efficiency, they are also exceptional at keeping out unwanted sounds. The Brunswick Lofts has been outfitted almost exclusively with engineered Ridley Windows, a leader in luxury windows in Canada.

AUTOMATIC PRIVACY BLINDS
Most of the street-facing windows in each home have been integrated with luxury auto blinds, which can be controlled by schedule or manual preferences.

LANDSCAPE AND BUILD DESIGN
The design of the new portions of the exterior as well as the landscaping have all been done to create a sense of seclusion, yet done so in a way that also maximizes natural light.
