SUMMARY ​ This home is located in the East center of the building. It has windows on both the north and south sides, which allows for a great flow of natural light throughout the day. The home boasts a master King bedroom and a guest queen bedroom/den. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, while the guest bathroom has a custom bathtub shower. Additionally, there is a small private patio located at the front of the unit with a dedicated entrance. ​ DESIGN PERSPECTIVE ​ "There are two homes in the Brunswick Lofts like this, GDRN 4 and GDRN 5, which both have almost identical designs except for the east-west orientation and a very slight difference in size. What we love about this home is that it both maximizes and efficiently utilizes space incredibly well. This allows for an extremely versatile home. We were able to fit in a master bedroom with an ensuite, while also providing a second room that can be used as both a den, office and or second bedroom, while also adding a second bathroom with bathtub. Although it is not needed, we imagined and designed the second room with an LGM Murphy bed in mind, which is one of the best pull-out bed/ desk/bookshelves TV combo products in the world (and just happens to be based in Toronto). The same approach was used for the first floor, which managed to combine a proper kitchen, dining room, and living room, with a guest powder room and under-stair hidden storage. We think this home will accommodate a really wide selection of owners, and that is always really exciting for us to create." - THE DESIGN TEAM

However, the general feeling and quality of each unit have been maintained and specific design sheets will be provided for serious enquiries. We have made a conscious decision to wait until the project is sufficiently completed (90%) before putting any units up for sale. Our goal is to provide a top-notch experience for potential buyers by allowing them to physically (or virtually if abroad) visit the units, while in their final stages of construction.
