SUMMARY ​ Located in the west centre of the building it has windows on the north and south sides, giving it a great flow throughout the day in all areas of the unit. It has both a master king bedroom and a guest queen bedroom/den. The en suite bathroom has two sinks with a rain shower, and the guest bathroom has a custom bathtub shower. There is a small private patio out front with a dedicated entrance. DESIGN PERSPECTIVE ​ "There are two homes in the Brunswick Lofts like this, GDRN 4 and GDRN 5, which both have almost identical designs except for the east-west orientation and a very slight difference in size. What we love about this home is that it both maximizes and efficiently utilizes space incredibly well. This allows for an extremely versatile home. We were able to fit in a master bedroom with an ensuite, while also providing a second room that can be used as both a den, office and or second bedroom, while also adding a second bathroom with bathtub. Although it is not needed, we imagined and designed the second room with an LGM Murphy bed in mind, which is one of the best pull-out bed/ desk/bookshelves TV combo products in the world (and just happens to be based in Toronto). The same approach was used for the first floor, which managed to combine a proper kitchen, dining room, and living room, with a guest powder room and under-stair hidden storage. We think this home will accommodate a really wide selection of owners, and that is always really exciting for us to create." - THE DESIGN TEAM
