Treat yourself to the luxurious lifestyle you deserve with this magnificent unit. DESIGN PERSPECTIVE "We started fighting over who would get this home early on in the design stage. Perhaps, because it has one of the two original foyers as its dedicated entrance, a penthouse so we knew good views, it utilizes the original building openings extremely well, and has massive windows on the south and west, as well as the only home with an upper floor terrace, so we could all imagine it. However, when we got to stand on the first floor and then the second-floor bedroom after the framing was done, it surpassed what we had imagined, which rarely happens. There were some surprises we did not expect. By creating a terrace from the southwest roof corner of the building and using the original brick church terret as its wall, we created something really special. There are massive windows on the south like all three penthouses, but this home also has huge windows as walls between the terrace and living room/dining room. It means the original brick becomes a part of the interior design in a way no other home quite has. At the same time, the original west-side window openings in the entrance stairwell have a similar effect. It was the huge western window in the master bedroom that was most surprising. We always knew the southern views in the penthouses would be incredible, being a corner lot on the 3rd and 4th floor they offer unencumbered views of the CN tower and cityscape through lovely trees. However, the west view was not expected and makes this one-bedroom one of the most special." - The Design Team
